Downtown Austin skyline from across Ladybird Lake as the sun set left this nice golden glow on the high-rise buildings. Austin is a very modern city with a lot of thing going on so we are always trying to capture a photo that reflects the beauty of this city. Downtown Austin skyline from across Ladybird Lake as the sun set left this nice golden glow on the high-rise buildings. Austin is a very modern city with a lot of thing going on so we are always trying to capture a photo that reflects the beauty of this city. Today we were especially please with the colors of the sky and the glow on the buildings over the city for a spectacular city view. The skyline has some of our tallest skyscrapers in with the Austonian, the Austin 360 Condos, and the Frost which was one of the tallest for many years. The Marriot a new downtown hotel is now partially blocking the view of the Frost from this angle but it is still a nice view. The Austin skyline is getting crowded and there are many new building that are being built that will be added along the lake area so it will change again in the near future.
