Tod Grubbs and Cynthia Hestand of Bee Creek Photography are freelance photographers based in Austin Texas. We both love photography specially HDR (High Dynamica Range). We photograph landscapes, Cityscapes, architecture and birds, and every now and then corporate events and portraits.
We have both been involved in photography for 20+ years each and have both worked with film and spent many hours in the darkroom. I fondly remember fumbling around in the dark trying to put film into the roles to develop, but we now work exclusively with digital SLR Cameras and currently use Nikon D700 bodies and Pro Lenses.

About Our Fine Art Prints
Professional Quality Custom Prints
Our desire is to ensure enjoyment of your prints for a lifetime to come. We personally prepare each of our photographs to yield the best possible prints. We use only professional photographic papers such as Fuji Crystal Archive or Illford, industry-rated to resist fading for 60 to 75 years. The larger prints are printed professionally and shipped to us for final review and approval, before being sent to you. We produce the smaller print sizes, such as 5"x7" up to 13" x 19" , on our 7-color archival printer (Epson R1800). Prints produced on the Epson R1800 are indistinguishable from traditional prints and will resist fading for a lifetime.
Prices Prices include your choice of matte, luster or glossy finish: Matte looks the best in my option, Luster is the only option available on prints larger than 13”x19”. :

Note: Some photos are not available in all print sizes and some sizes will be croped to fit the paper size.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will generally arrive within two weeks, and we will promptly inform you when your order ships. For international orders, Contact Us to receive shipping information.
We assemble and pack your order for shipment to ensure safety in transit. In the event your prints arrive damaged, we will replace them free of charge if they are returned within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Policies & Availability
You may review our fine art prints Pricing and Policies. All of our fine art prints are custom printed and we do not keep an inventory.
Payment
We accept fine art print orders online via our Photo Gallery. To order a print, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button while viewing a photo you want to purchase. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Checkout / Place Your Order" button or the "View Cart" link to provide your billing information and complete your purchase.
We use PayPal (What is PayPal?) to securely process all orders, but you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our website. Payment is accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD) via MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express or a PayPal account.
Texas orders will have sales tax (8.25%) added during checkout.
Digital Images
Our images are available in digital format, Licensed as royalty free for commercial or Licensed as personal use for non-commercial use. You can view prices when you add the picture to the cart from the gallery or image view page.
Images can be downloaded immediately after payment and can be used on a royalty free basis in conjunction with our terms and conditions below:
Terms and Conditions
Upon your payment for the Image you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and reproduce the image in printed materials, or any electronic or digital form.
Each image should be incorporated into a design in such a manner to make it clear that the image is not intended to be separately downloaded, copied, or distributed.
"Non-transferable" means that the work you produce using an Image must be for your own use, or if purchased on behalf of your employer or client, your employer or client must be the end-user of your work.
You may not sell, rent, loan, give, sub-license, or otherwise transfer to anyone the Image, or the right to use an Image, and nothing you produce shall grant or purport to grant to any third party a right to use or duplicate an Image.
You agree to take all commercially reasonable steps to prevent third parties from duplicating or distributing the Image.
You shall indemnify and defend the photographer against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to:
1)A breach of this Agreement
2)The use or modification of any Image or combination of any Image with any other material.
3)Your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image.
4) any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image, alone or in combination with any other material.
Images may not be used:
For a purpose in respect of which a model or property release is required if a release is not available. You shall check that the image has the appropriate releases before using the image for such a purpose.
In retail photo products - these include, without limitation, greeting cards, calendars, postcards, stationery, mouse pads, t-shirts etc
For any unlawful or pornographic purpose.
The photographer warrants ownership of the copyright for the Image.
Our images are copyrighted material and digitally watermarked. Bee Creek Photography will pursue all legal remedies against any person or entity using these images without express written permission.
